The place is in a perfect spot and the facilities are spot‑on—definitely great value for the price.

The location was solid and the on‑site onsen was enjoyable, yet the overall cleanliness left a lot to be desired: we found clipped toenails on the floor, general dirt throughout the hotel, and a Band‑Aid stuck on the stairs for the entire 5‑day stay. No housekeeping came at all. The room’s bathroom was advertised as larger than it was; it was so cramped that neither my wife nor I could close the door while using it (photos attached). When we tried to discuss this with staff, the language barrier made it impossible to resolve anything, and we couldn’t get a refund because of the 30‑day cancellation policy.

The staff were lovely and we enjoyed the onsen, but the rooms and beds felt a bit basic.

早餐煎魚相當好吃,日式西式多樣性,符合口味。. 廁所馬桶有流水聲。

The location is fantastic, but the property isn’t a four‑star hotel—there’s no room service or cleaning, and the rooms are very small for the price.
