I was struck by the exceptional kindness and warmth of the staff at this hotel, which truly embodies the spirit of hospitality. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcome and cared for, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

I was quite taken aback by the hotel's strict adherence to their rules, which felt almost like a rigid set of principles. While I appreciate the intention behind these policies, they came across as overly restrictive and even a bit extreme. Unfortunately, this rigid approach detracted from my overall experience and left a negative impression.

I was impressed by the cleanliness of the rooms and the exceptional customer care skills displayed by ESTHER and Becky. They were friendly, helpful, and made a real effort to ensure my stay was comfortable. Everything about my experience was great, and I would definitely return to this hotel.

My stay at this hotel was marred by a series of unfortunate incidents, starting with the security guard moving my motorcycle to a construction dumping area and claiming he had the authority to do so. The kitchen's slow service was another issue, as it took 45 minutes to bring a simple omelette. To make matters worse, the salt dispenser was empty and the room had a leaky wall. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel.

The breakfast buffet was impressive, and the food at the restaurant was delicious. I would highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing getaway.
