The hotel in Giza is the best, super comfy and spotless. Mohamed is the best—kind, helpful, trustworthy for anything you need in Cairo. Every time I come, I’ll stay here and recommend it to everyone. The experience in Egypt is unbeatable thanks to him and this place. 🙏🙏🙏

The place is Asian. It matches the photos. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils and bottled water is available. The price is reasonable and good.

The only good thing about this hotel is how cheap it is. My worst lift experience ever: the door opens automatically when the lift runs, so you can imagine how bad it is. My worst ensuite toilet experience ever: the toilet floods with water after a 5‑minute shower and the water leaks into the room. The water stayed in the toilet until the next day. The owner supposedly texted me about my arrival time and I responded, but when I got there nobody was there. I called him a few times via WhatsApp but got no answer. Luckily my Uber driver was kind and waited for me while he tried to contact him; he sent a worker to bring us up after our second attempt call. The hotel is far, far, far from the Pyramids and the owner promised a room with a view of the Pyramids from the window, but nothing happened because the Pyramids are too far away. I cancelled my booking with this hotel as I was supposed to stay a few more nights; I can’t wait to check out.
