Breakfast was excellent—both the food and the location—and all the staff were lovely. The area was quiet yet full of great antique shops; I only wish we could have stayed longer. Nothing was wrong; everything was great!

I was blown away by how roomy the place turned out to be, even though I didn’t notice it when I booked, and the kitchen was a real perk. The staff were warm, welcoming and always ready to help, which more than covered the few quirks in the layout and the small elevators. The hotel was so quiet that I ended up oversleeping, so I’m definitely planning a return visit.

We stayed 1 night prior to getting on a cruise. The guest services gentleman, Abdullah, was fantastic! He helped us get settled, answered questions, and gave us a good dinner recommendation. It was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast options were plentiful. The bathroom didn’t have AC, so it got hot, but that was the only thing

The location is great, with plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby and a short walk to Galataport or the tram line. The room was large and well equipped, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The staff were friendly and exceptionally helpful, even going so far as to give my husband a birthday cake with candles, which was a thoughtful touch. Nothing negative.
