The hotel is very good, well situated, staff friendly, everything very clean. The floor in the room was loose and I hurt my foot several times.

The location was excellent; we were less than 10 minutes walking from the San Sebastián university Bellavista campus for our training. The hotel is an old manor with beautiful architecture, and I think they should share more of its history. The staff were extremely friendly. On the day we arrived, it was raining and caused leaks in the infrastructure, mainly around the stairs, which wasn’t a big issue but they should adapt their facilities for rain. When we paid for our stay, the discount we had booked wasn’t applied.

It was fine. The bathroom lacked glasses, the shower didn’t have a non‑slip mat, and breakfast was missing.
