Everything was great, but we felt a little isolated during the low season. The hotel was quiet and the staff took excellent care of us, even upgrading us to a corner room with the best view.

The staff were very enthusiastic and attentive. I’ve stayed at many Mường Thanh properties, but the attitude here, especially at the reception, was the most pleasant. Breakfast was excellent for high‑altitude guests and matched our tastes.

As a cyclist, I was grateful for the hotel's accommodation of my bike, allowing me to leave it in a secure room. The receptionist was absolutely wonderful, and the lunch was delicious. Overall, my stay was a pleasant one, and I appreciated the hotel's efforts to cater to my needs.
