The place was spotless and the shared balcony was handy for drying clothes or a quick smoke. The bathroom was tidy too. But the staff barely spoke English, so I had to wait for them to unlock the door every time I left.

The only thing I liked was the friendly staff. The place was a disaster – the pictures don’t show the horrible stench coming from the bathroom drain, and the nicotine‑laden walls in the windowless room follow you for days. I woke up with a headache and felt drunk from the smell. There were no spiders or other pests, but the odor was the worst.

Nothing good to mention. I felt uneasy because of some activity around, and I didn’t feel safe until morning.

The air conditioning worked and the location was close to the train stations. But the building was in poor shape, hard to locate, and far from the city center, making it tough for tourists. The shared terrace wasn’t advertised.
