The location is very close to Bandar Alor Setar, the hotel looks brand new, and the mattress is super soft. I was a bit disappointed because I requested a lower floor room but got an upper floor one. Carrying a lot of bags was exhausting, and the staff weren't Malaysian, so they didn't understand our request.
