How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The room and bathroom were well equipped and many nice little touches made the stay special. The location is right in the city, so I’ll definitely come back! Thanks to the family for everything!

The location, cleanliness, and design were great. Nothing to add.

The space was really large, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was excellent. It was a fantastic experience. Nothing else to mention.

The welcome at the boat arrival was especially warm! Check‑in was tailored to us. Check‑out was even more personalized, as we couldn’t move our two suitcases (back hurt!). The whole place is clearly luxurious. The real surprise was discovering the dining options offered by the Venissa Wine Resort group, at Osteria Contemporaine next to the Michelin‑starred Venissa restaurant. The experimental cuisine is both raw and refined, with a unique wine experience featuring the house’s products, especially the Venusa Cru, a raw and lively fermentation wine! Thanks to the teams, especially Leonardo for check‑in and check‑out, and Ayoub for service. I plan to write a longer article on our site carnets‑voyage.com. I’m still looking for more.

The location is beautiful and close to everything. It was nice to stay in Burano and enjoy the quiet after the tourists leave. The hosts were brilliant, very helpful, and quickly escorted us to our room, which was very clean, and the bathroom was much more spacious than our previous one! No complaint, though there were a couple of flights of stairs up.
