All the staff were courteous and helpful, especially a female employee named Dilla who provided very attentive support; the other receptionists, doorman, and housekeeping team were all pleasant and much appreciated, and the location was incredibly convenient. The room I stayed in, however, suffered from noticeable boiler or outdoor‑unit vibrations and noise at night, so guests who are sensitive should request a quieter room.

I was within a short walk of the ferry terminal when I arrived. The hotel was spotless and comfortable, had a decent on‑site restaurant, and offered semi‑professional massages in the room. It was nice to stroll along the shore in the afternoon and find shade. The elevator’s beeps were extremely loud, sounding like a Super Mario coin each time it stopped on my floor.
The location is great and the breakfast is great. Nothing else.
