The location was good but the place was noisy. The hotel staff need to be more professional, solve problems, and show a hospitable attitude; renting rooms isn’t enough—there should be an experience that makes guests want to return and recommend it.

The hotel crossed reservations, and they informed me only a few hours before, forcing me to urgently find another place.

The location was fine and the staff were very friendly. The breakfast could use improvement; the only items offered were a piece of cheese, a slice of ham, two breads, and an infusion.

The service was good. I found the hotel a bit far from Plaza de Armas, and the breakfast was very basic.
