The place is in a very central spot, but there was no breakfast even though it had been booked, and there was no Wi‑Fi. The room was so small that a suitcase barely fit, and there was no wardrobe or similar. The walls are very thin, so you can hear neighbors clearly. It’s a rented room with a bathroom, not a hotel.

It feels like a ghost place with no staff around. The room and bathroom were okay, but the bed sheets were stained, which was unpleasant. The shower was on the ceiling, which made the bathroom flood, so it’s not very practical. The stairs were the main issue; the breakfast bar is on the second floor with no elevator, so if you’re an athlete with a big suitcase that’s fine, otherwise avoid staying here. Damiano was kind enough to send someone to help with my suitcase after I asked.
The location and cleanliness of the rooms are good. There was no clear way to find the property, and the door handles fell off a couple of times. We were told that the breakfast (paid out of pocket) would be reimbursed, but we’re still waiting.
