The staff are very friendly, the facilities are very clean, and the view is nice. They forget to change towels and put shampoo in, and maybe they could put a mat outside the shower so the floor doesn’t get so dirty when you leave.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was marred by a series of disappointments, starting with the inexperienced and unhelpful reception staff who seemed uninterested in attending to our needs. One of the rooms I booked lacked hot water, and the staff's response of "wait 15 minutes" was unhelpful, as the issue persisted for over 30 minutes. To make matters worse, the room was not even minimally clean. Overall, it was a very poor experience.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, thanks to the friendly and welcoming staff. However, I was disappointed with the cleanliness of my bed, which needed a more thorough cleaning and unfortunately, I even found some unwanted fleas. Overall, it was a mixed experience, but the staff's kindness made up for some of the issues.

I was impressed by the helpfulness of the reception staff, particularly the girl who went out of her way to assist me despite my limited Spanish. She used a translation app to convey important information, which was greatly appreciated. However, the water temperature was not ideal, and I felt that the price was a bit steep for what I got.
