We stayed in a spacious, clean room with a generous breakfast and decent beds that felt a bit firm for me; the hotel is about a 50‑minute drive from the airport, with Georgetown and Penang Hill each about 20 minutes away, so the location works well, and we appreciated daily bottled water in the room, cheap room service ordered online, a 31st‑floor room offering a lovely sea and coastline view, a large safe and a mini‑fridge, but there was no air‑conditioning in the bathroom and the window couldn’t be closed, and instead of a big towel and a tiny one, a head‑towel would have been useful for long‑haired ladies.

Good location. They were undergoing certain maintenance for the sinking but customer was not well informed and need to wait for them to settle before I can move in
