“great”
The property was very clean and comfortable. The only downside was that because it sits inside the green zone, you have to pay an extra fee at the ecological post when you go to the property.

The view was amazing, the rooms were very comfortable, and everything was clean. When I arrived, a staff member tried to upsell me to a more expensive room. The walls aren’t soundproof, and there’s a dog on the property that can be a bit rough when playing. He’s sweet, and interacting with him is optional, but just a word of advice: when you go to say hi, do it slowly.

The room is small but cozy, close to the ski base, and has its own parking. An extra heater is in the room. The sound insulation is excellent; you can’t hear the street. Breakfast is served at the time you specify, and the omelette is very tasty. Honey with sea buckthorn can be bought separately. There’s a river nearby and a gazebo where you can grill meat. It’s a wonderful place to relax in the mountains. The entrance to the park’s territory isn’t warned about: it costs an extra 200 som per car and 300 som per person. The bed is still a bit hard.

The chalet inside the nature park is comfortable. The €12 per day park fee (for 4 people + car) is an additional cost.

Breakfast is tasty and the service is good. The cottage is comfortable and fully equipped. A clear mountain stream flows nearby. The staff’s attention is exceptional, friendly, and ready to help— they cared for us constantly, which is unforgettable! A ski lift is close by, and the panoramic views are stunning. If you’re interested in fresh cow or horse milk or honey, everything can be bought nearby. The location is convenient, close to Karakul and the Karakol Gorge. Getting to the hot mineral springs of Ak‑Suu by taxi is easy. The only downside: laundry can be done in the communal building, but I’d prefer not to go there and have a washing machine in the cottage; there’s enough space in the bathroom.
