“Good hotel well located in the city”
Good location. Well renovated and clean. The air‑conditioning was far too cold and we couldn’t turn it off. Maintenance arrived the next morning and that fixed it.

Modern design, spacious, clean, stylish rooms. The shower was large, clean, and roomy. Comfortable bed. Very good location, about a five‑minute walk to Lincoln Road. The pool and rooftop were fun places to spend a few hours. We stayed in a room without a balcony and the window didn’t open at all, which was hard for me because I can’t stand a window that doesn’t open even slightly.

Service was great, food was okay. Beds and pillows were comfortable. The daily glass of wine was nice. Bartenders were very friendly. The bathrooms in the double rooms were very small, no ceiling fan which made them extra steamy. There’s only one shower at the pool. The restaurant closed after lunch. The pool bar wasn’t a full‑service bar. A lot of the hotel showed wear and tear; the pictures looked better than the place in person.
