“Great location, friendly and accommodating staff.”
The location couldn’t have been better—just opposite Glenarys and everything was a short walk away. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room‑service food was also very delicious. The hotel arranged our toy train tickets before we arrived, which was nice of them. Sometimes KFC customers sit on the staircase that leads to the hotel, which is a bit of an inconvenience. Also, you won’t find Darjeeling tea in the hotel, which is pretty standard and expected to be available in a hotel in Darjeeling. Fresh bedsheets without stains would also be nice.
