“Comfortable stay in an old Oberon stalwart.”
We stayed for two nights in a new apartment in the ACT, but the cabin at Oberon felt more comfortable and the staff were friendlier. The only downside was the stained rug that needs replacement.

The cabin was spacious and comfortable for a short stay, and there was nothing else to add.

The rates were fair, but the cabin could use some work—new blinds are needed and a couple of lamps would help, plus a thorough deep clean would be appreciated.
The location was great, and the person at the reception desk was excellent and very helpful. However, the cabin is very outdated and needs some TLC, and the maintenance guy had to confront me about riding from reception to my cabin—just a couple of hundred metres inside the park—without a helmet on.
