The apartment is very comfortable and spacious. The bed is just right for me (firm mattress). The location is fantastic, with taxi, bus, and metro stops nearby, even next to the harbor if you plan a ferry trip. The stroller access is awful, the elevator is tiny and cramped, and the apartment entrance won’t fit a stroller unless you fold it. Kitchenware is very limited and there are no cleaning supplies.

We were completely satisfied, communicating with Simon who responded immediately, the apartment was clean, the bed comfortable (my daughter praised how well she slept), everything we needed was there, and the room had air‑conditioning. They cleaned daily and after two days they even supplied fresh towels. The location was great—we felt comfortable and safe. We were within walking distance to the port and the attractions we had planned, and the metro was close. Thank you, and next time we come to Naples we’ll definitely stay here again. I have nothing to criticize.

The location was great, close to everything and walkable. It’s even less than 10 minutes from the port, making it easy to start island excursions. The neighborhood is safe. Having air‑conditioning in this heat was essential. Daily housekeeping is appreciated. The bedding was good. Our room faced a noisy spot where people were shouting loudly, but the exhaustion from the day kept us from being disturbed.

I was happy with the location near Naples city centre, but the TV kept glitching a few times and the bathroom had some issues.
