“Un fin de semana muy placentero en este hotel.”

The place surprised me with its spotless cleanliness, truly spectacular, and the architecture is beautiful. The rooms were very comfortable and divine, and the staff were very friendly. The only thing that could be improved is that they pay more attention to morning noise; a loud machine woke us up, though I see it as feedback rather than a complaint. The receptionist’s responses on WhatsApp were quite unprofessional and deficient. We also requested towels at the reception for the pool twice, but they never arrived in the room, so we had to ask the housekeeping staff directly; nothing serious, just a suggestion for future guests.

“Hermoso!! Y muy buena atención”

Every time I return, it gets better. The pool is climate‑controlled, the restaurant is tasty, and the bar has a great atmosphere. The beds are comfortable, 10 out of 10. I’ll come back with my grandkids for a relaxing weekend! I loved everything!

“Excelente estancia, todo muy bien 😊”

Muy bonito y tranquilo. Las instalaciones están muy agradables, la habitación cómoda y limpia, y el área de la alberca está muy bonita. La atención también fue buena y la ubicación nos pareció conveniente. Todo estuvo muy bien, no tuvimos ningún inconveniente durante nuestra estancia
