The place is clean, they even provide a hair dryer and an iron, and it’s quiet enough to relax. The access uses code locks and the description worked well. The bathroom is tiny; I wanted to leave some luggage but there was no one there, though that wasn’t a big deal for me.

“appointment”

Convenient for our early morning appointment and the 12 o’clock check‑out was good; the location is convenient. The toilet is small and cramped, but the facilities worked. There were no coffee facilities as described, and I had trouble getting the free Wi‑Fi, so I had to go to the pub. Service was inconsistent, and I had to bring my own towels.

“Cleanliness issues with bed linen and important details about the facilities”

As a heads‑up for future guests, the kitchen shown in the photos is actually shared and on a different floor from the bedroom. We arrived at 1:00 PM to drop off luggage before the official 3:00 PM check‑in, but the room hadn’t been cleaned yet, so we filmed it and saw an unmade bed with stained sheets and towels left by previous guests. When we returned after check‑in, the bed was made with the exact same stained sheets, smelling unclean, and the pillow smelled damp. The cleaners had left the two towels the previous guests had left on the table, also smelling unclean, and they didn’t provide a third towel even though we booked for three people. I told the host about it; initially they denied the room wasn’t cleaned, but after I mentioned the video from 1:00 PM they arranged replacements. A person from the pub came three times to bring us what we needed (first towels, then one sheet, then the rest of the bed linen). The toilet also smelled.
