The place sits right in the middle of town, close to all the must‑visit spots, and the apartment was spotless and comfy for a group of more than four. There were no complaints; the stay was absolutely great.

The hotel building was absolutely beautiful, felt very traditional and authentic in the small town. The room was clean, which is always a bonus when traveling. The staff were friendly. The lift was available, so getting luggage to the room was easy. Parking was available, which was handy to park at and then walk around. Breakfast was included in our booking, but we were told the kitchen/restaurant wasn’t available during our stay.

The rooms were spacious and clean, and the apartment even had a kitchen. However, it wasn’t in the city centre – it was six blocks away from downtown and not the building shown in the ad. The front‑desk guy was a complete ass; after a long day of riding, we arrived and he told us to check our email, which had landed in junk mail, and he wasn’t very understanding. He could have just walked out and pointed to the correct location, but he was unfriendly. The next guests he was helpful with, which made the argument even more annoying. In short, he’s in the wrong line of work and the hotel should fire him; hospitality isn’t his thing.

Breakfast was outstanding and the breakfast room was great. The only downside was the creaky floor in the bedroom 🤣

We had a delightful stay in the heart of Bacharach’s old town, surrounded by history and old‑world charm, yet still enjoying modern comforts like a lift. Our room had a lovely balcony with wonderful views over the historic surroundings, the perfect spot to relax with a drink before dinner. The bathroom was newly renovated, fresh, and modern, with a fantastic shower. Breakfast was sensational, the staff warm and welcoming, and the location was ideal for exploring Bacharach on foot. It was a lovely blend of history, atmosphere, and comfort, and we’d happily return.
