How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The location, ocean view, the number of pools (including the one with fish), and the size of the resort were all impressive. However, the service left room for improvement: on the first day our room hadn’t been prepared, and by the beach or poolside we could sit for ages without anyone offering us a beach towel.

I'm still reeling from the breathtaking views at this hotel. The immaculately manicured grounds are a sight to behold, and I found myself getting lost in the scenery. It's a shame I had to leave – I could've spent hours exploring the property.

From the moment I stepped onto the driveway, I knew I was in for a treat. The hotel's magical atmosphere is infectious, and the staff are kind and helpful without being intrusive. It's a big hotel, but the service feels intimate and personal. My only quibble is that the tea selection in the room could be improved – a few more options would've been nice, and a pair of slippers would've been a lovely touch.

The concierge team here is top-notch – they're capable and intuitive, and they really know their stuff. And it's not just the service that's impressive – the hotel's value is where it counts, with perks like free court fees, Netflix in the room, and laundry machines everywhere. Plus, the food and beverage options are reasonable and delicious.

The breakfast restaurant's location is absolutely stunning, right on the water. Unfortunately, the prices were a bit steep for my taste, especially considering the state of the rooms. As a European traveler, I found it to be a bit too pricey for what you get.
