“Feedback do atendimento”
The place looks beautiful and the shower area is spotless. My wife and I arrived as a couple, but nobody was at the front desk to greet us; we walked in with our bags, looked around, and no staff came to help. We went to the restaurant to tell them we had a reservation, and only then did they attend to us, asking only for the name of the person who had booked, without checking any ID, reservation code, or proof that the booking was ours. We rented a camping tent. Check‑in was at 15:00 on Saturday and check‑out at 15:00 on Sunday. When we left the tent on Sunday morning around 08:00 to have coffee, we were told that after we finished our coffee we would need to pack up because they would dismantle the tent. We understood that we were staying in the shower area, but that information should have been given at booking. Since we paid for a daily rate, we assumed we would be accommodated until check‑out. Consequently, we left at 10:00 because we didn’t feel comfortable. We should note that we are a same‑sex couple and the environment seemed evangelical, which made us think the treatment we received might have been influenced by some prejudice. This is not an accusation, just our perception. Regarding staff, we won’t generalize, because the woman who set up our tent was very attentive and the man who seemed to be the owner served us a wonderful breakfast.
