The hotel in Rivisondoli sits in a fantastic spot overlooking the majestic plateau of the Five Miles among the mountains. Built in the 70s‑80s, it offers huge spaces like the restaurant room, which doubles as a breakfast area. Everything is well maintained and clean, and the reception staff are very kind and polite. The room is beautiful, large, and has an excellent bathroom. Many sports teams and groups stay here, which gives the place a lively, youthful vibe, but it also makes the restaurant noisy at times, which can be quite unbearable for solo tourists who try to avoid it. The breakfast could use improvement; it doesn’t quite live up to the hotel’s standards and, while not cheap, isn’t especially economical during peak season. The pool is decent, and I must commend the young, experienced Puglian therapist who provides excellent full‑body massages in the underground spa areas—highly recommended for those who enjoy it.
