Nice location with a pleasant sea view, but we had to buy face and guest towels, the TV wouldn’t pick up a channel, the shower head was half broken, and the electrical outlets were faulty.

The place was clean, comfortable, and atmospheric, with a shared kitchen that was surprisingly spotless. The only downside was that check‑in was late.

The location, the cleanliness, the common areas, and the host’s attentiveness made for an exceptional stay in Venice.

The area is quiet compared to the more chaotic tourist spots, and you can walk to the city center in 10‑15 minutes. The floor wasn’t completely clean, the radiators were always on and it was very hot (I didn’t know how to turn them off because there were no instructions). The door lock was missing two of its four screws, so it felt unstable. The noise from other roommates was noticeable—this isn’t the property’s fault but something to keep in mind. Also, the number of roommates can be quite high (8‑10), especially if you choose the shared‑bathroom option, which is worth considering.
