The room layout worked well and the pool was nice, but the AC in room 200 was so loud we couldn’t sleep, the hot tub by the pool was broken, and there was no breakfast or coffee in the lobby—I'll look elsewhere for my next trip to Norman.

The room was very nice and clean, but the bed was so uncomfortable that I could only sleep about an hour before waking up with bruises; the pool and fireplace, which were the main reasons for booking, were both down, and when I called the front desk the volume on their end was so low I couldn’t hear them; children ran and screamed up and down the hall until 11 pm even after I notified staff.
