A warm welcome greeted us, and the facilities were quite decent, fitting the vibe of a ryokan. The breakfast was delicious, and being close to the Nishiki Market was a major plus. The only downside was that the hotel closed at 23:00.

The rooms were roomy and cozy, probably the best beds we slept in during our trip. I also liked the public bath, and the location was superb. There wasn’t much to complain about.
