The owner was quick to help when I accidentally locked myself out, and later sent my favorite earrings to me by post after I left them behind. Very helpful and responsive.

The house is very well equipped: a large kitchen, bathroom, washing and drying machines (paid but handy), parking. Our room was spacious with plenty of storage. The lady who welcomed us was warm, very responsive, and very helpful. Very pleasant. The house is shared, so we had to get along a bit. Everyone was respectful.

The beds were comfortable, the place fairly clean, the kitchen fully equipped, and the shower water pressure was good. The location was fine. The pension was in an old style; the glass doors to our room were annoying at night because hallway lights would turn on automatically when someone passed. The doors also made a lot of noise when opening or closing, so we couldn’t keep them quiet, which affected our group’s comfort, especially at night. Our floor had no bathroom or toilet; they were below or above. Although it looked clean at first glance, it needed a refresh—given the price we paid, you could get a much higher standard stay in Siauliai. Another issue was that the staff couldn’t speak English, which caused a misunderstanding that was eventually clarified.
