The customer service from the staff is excellent! They go out of their way to give you a very good treatment. Truly admirable how these people, despite the bad state of the hotel, attend to you and try to give you the best service. In summary: The building should be demolished and rebuilt. The building is in very bad condition, has a terrible odor that intensifies in the rooms. The bathroom, the plumbing, the doors, the carpet, in general everything is deteriorated and in bad condition. I paid $314 for one night; the price-quality ratio makes no sense.

The location is close to the stadium, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and great.

“Bichota”

The staff was awesome, and they were throwing a bunch of parties for our Karol G concert. I get that just for that night, because of the concert, the price was almost $400 a night

“No me gustó el trato de la recepcionista”

El clima dentro de la habitación y la ubicación del hotel. La Atencio de la recepcionista el día que llegamos , grosera y poco empatía . No puede trabajar en un mostrador de hotel y atender mal a las personas
