Zukas GUEST HOUSE

We were housed by Zuka’s lovely family, who served us full board and treated us almost like family. They were very helpful and drove us to the observation point where we watched the raptor migration every day. Zuka’s guesthouse gets my highest recommendation.

I stayed in a lovely house with a quiet, private bedroom that had a comfortable bed and its own bathroom, featuring a good shower and hot water all the time, and the family cooked great home‑cooked food. Nothing negative.

This guesthouse is a must‑visit; it’s about a 15‑20 minute walk from the raptor watchpoint, the host family is very warm, and the hostess cooks a lot of food for us daily. The room and shared bathroom are very clean, and you can see the sea from the living‑room window.

You’ll get to know the local culture and a traditional family, the people are friendly and kind, but it’s still a bit far from the center and the sea.

“Great stay, lovely hosts, good facilities and beautiful views of the surroundings.”

We spent one night here to see the raptor migration viewpoint, were greeted warmly by the hosts, and the facilities matched our needs: the room was clean with great views, we could cook our own food if we wanted, and the shared spaces were spacious. The place is only a 15‑minute walk from the raptor viewing point, and the host family is super nice and helpful—ready to drive us to the raptor point, the local shop, or the second raptor viewing point 20 minutes away by car. The arboretum and nearby beach are also worth checking out. We’d love to stay longer, but our schedule was tight, so we’ll have to return to Georgia again. There was nothing we disliked about the property or the hosts.
