Everything was good.

The staff here were super helpful, which made up for a few issues. The location is great, and the bed was spotless. However, I was really looking forward to having a balcony, but it turned out there wasn't one after all - not even a tiny one, which was annoying. To make matters worse, the bathroom wasn't properly cleaned, and I had to use damp toilet paper to wipe down the surfaces. And to top it all off, the fridge in my room stopped working when I left, which wasn't very helpful.

The hotel's proximity to the city center was a major plus, but unfortunately, it was overshadowed by a rather unsettling experience. They kept my passport for some reason, which made me feel a bit uneasy. I'm not sure if it was a standard practice or just a one-off, but it definitely put a damper on my stay.

Getting to the hotel and checking in was a breeze, which was a nice start to my trip. However, the cleanliness of the place left a lot to be desired. It wasn't filthy or anything, but it could've been a lot better. Maybe they just needed a bit more attention to detail.
