There was alot of feces on underside of toilet seat.from previous guest

“We enjoyed our stay because the night auditor/ evening clerk cared about us.”

The location and the check-in staff was awesome. I reported a bedbug on the bed and took a picture and asked that the room be cleaned and linens changed. I even called mid day to ensure it would be done. We returned that even and the head housekeeper reported she inspected the room herself. She did not. They wiped where I killed the bedbug. Thank goodness for the night audit clerk who came and changed the linens. I try to give properties opportunities to fix my issue but instead they lied. That’s a NO in customer service

Clean and new, unlike every other hotel in Santa Rosa. Nothing

“Great. Clean, fresh smelling. Only a couple issues.”

Clean, freshly painted and carpet. Very nice. The microwave had the wrong glass plate. Rattled and didn't work properly. Mattress was very hard. Needs updating

“Still going to stay here when traveling.”

It is a stop for us every time we go to Texas and back. The room had a funky smell and someone was doing laundry and the detergent smell almost choked you when getting on and off of the elevator. I also notified the front desk that the bathroom mirror was cracked
