The pilow. That i had to wait 50mim to be checked in to my room after a 6 hour drive and arrival time of 2.40am

The breakfast was great, the staff were very friendly, and it was a nice place to work; the room was quiet, spacious, and well sized, and the service was truly excellent. However, the room lacked charm, the carpet needed replacing and had several stains, though it was otherwise clean.
