We tried to contact the hotel for days to arrange a transfer from the airport, but we got no response, which made us wonder if they were even reliable. When we finally arrived, our room was surprisingly clean, but there were a few issues - we found bird feathers on the floor and a stained towel. It was a bit of a letdown after the initial promise of a smooth arrival.

Even more frustrating was that we were given a two-person room when we had booked a three-person room. The real kicker, though, was the non-stop music from the nightclub right next door, which made it impossible to get any sleep.
