The location was easy to get to and right on the main road. The room was spacious and had everything I needed. I ordered dinner from the Al-a-cart menu and the portions were generous and neatly presented. The shower’s hot water took longer to heat than I expected, and the miniatures of the moisturizer and shower gel were mislabeled, so I had to test them before using.

The breakfast and dinner buffets offered a range of vegetarian and non‑veg options. The paper dosa was excellent—definitely the best I tasted during my 10‑day trip across Sri Lanka! The staff were wonderful, especially Maria, Mr. Herath, and the HR Manager, who were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel sits across from Kingswood College and is a short drive from Dalaga Maligawa. The rooms and bathrooms were clean but quite dated, and a musty smell lingered in our room until the A/C was on for a few hours. Water drained slowly from the bathtub, and the deck next to the restaurant was falling apart; a note on the glass doors to the deck warned guests not to open them.

The hotel is in a good spot and offers good parking for guests. The restaurant was nice and clean.
