Javier welcomed us warmly. The apartment had excellent conditions. Cleanliness was impeccable and the hosts’ attentions were unexpected—juices, drinks, coffee, etc. The only issue might be the stairs up to the apartment.

The bed and pillow were very comfortable. The shower was nice and the balcony was pleasant. There was no washing machine or dishwasher, which made a five‑night stay difficult, especially when clothes got wet from rain or cooking smells in this one‑room studio where the kitchen and bed share the same space. I like to wear fresh clothes, and although they offered to do a load for €20, I thought that was expensive and I wasn’t keen on hanging our underwear for men to wash. The area had literally nothing—no café or shop or anything. The metro corner was great, but it was three stops to a supermarket.

Staying at this accommodation was a great decision in Amsterdam! We stayed for five nights as a group of three. The apartment is super comfortable, and the cleanliness was a 10—everything was immaculate. Robert and Javier greeted us and explained everything in detail; they left us welcome items like drinks, milk, and cookies, which we appreciated upon arrival. The apartment is well maintained, brand new, and very comfortable, even the sofa‑bed. The shower is spacious and the water pressure is excellent. It has many decorative details that make you feel at home for a few days, and plenty of useful items for cooking; the kitchen is super complete, as is the bathroom with various amenities. The little balcony is a big plus for relaxing on summer evenings! We used the laundry service offered by the hosts, and they delivered the clothes impeccably, pressed, and we were very satisfied. Regarding the location, the neighborhood is lovely, and the metro to the city center is a two‑minute walk, which is very important and gets you to Amsterdam Central in a few minutes. There is a comprehensive, clean supermarket within walking distance. If we return to Amsterdam, we would definitely repeat the stay! Robert and Javier are great hosts, very friendly, and we were delighted with our stay. Everything was perfect, nothing to say.
