I loved the hospitality! Amanda and Isabela were super attentive and helpful. The location is great, and breakfast is also good—excellent value for money. I recommend it. Because the area has many bars (Beco do Batman), the noise and some homeless people bothered me a little, but that didn’t stop it from being a great stay.

I felt welcomed from day one. The owners care about the guest’s well‑being, the breakfast is delicious with many options, and the setting is beautiful and creative. Everything is close by—restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, etc. I’ll come back again with my family. I have nothing to complain about.

Great breakfast and the staff were absolutely amazing! As art lovers, the neighborhood was perfect, and the team really took the time to learn our preferences, making the stay truly enjoyable. São Paulo traffic is a pain, but that has nothing to do with the Bat‑n‑Breakfast crew.

We had a wonderful stay at the Pousada, the owners are very attentive, friendly and welcoming, always concerned with giving guests a pleasant experience; the service is excellent, and that is why the pousada became our choice of accommodation in São Paulo.

The buffet breakfast was very good and Amanda and her daughter were very nice and attentive to our needs, giving tips and guidance on what to visit in São Paulo. Thank you very, very much – you made us feel very comfortable, like at home! Nothing to do with the pousada, but oh my god the traffic in São Paulo is something to consider when planning your different visits of the day!
