The owners don’t seem to be Azerbaijanis; it feels like Indians and Pakistanis run the place. We fled there and they wouldn’t refund us for the days we didn’t stay. They are scamming us. Insist on a refund, call the police—police will side with you! The hotel speaks poor Azerbaijani and can’t communicate with the police properly. If you speak Russian, the police might help. We eventually got a refund. The hotel was expensive because they raised prices during the Baku sporting event. Everything was disgusting—no kettle, dirty rooms, tiny rooms. Book a hotel owned by local Azerbaijanis instead; don’t stay here.

“Overall its good experience”

Breakfast is Desi, and location is A-One. The mattress is uncomfortable, and I experience back pain after waking up. I suggest replacing it with a new mattress for better comfort and support

The stay was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. The rooms were spotless, modern, and the Wi‑Fi was super reliable, making streaming a breeze. Located just a five‑minute walk from local restaurants, I’ll definitely return.

“DONT STAY or BOOK at this place”

Never plan to stay here. The manager is horrible and will do anything to cancel your booking for extra money. They’re con artists and even had a confirmed booking when I arrived around 3 pm on check‑in day. They sold rooms at higher prices during the F1 weekend in Baku, lied to cover it up, and told me to find another accommodation despite my confirmed booking. On a race weekend I had to pay three times to find last‑minute lodging, an experience I’ve never had before. Don’t stay here.
