I’ve stayed here twice now, the second time after 1.5 years, and the rooms are spacious and the location is convenient. It’s a good hotel and I’ll stay again. The doors use electronic locks that aren’t very reliable; you often have to try several times to unlock them. It would be nicer if they offered international branded coffee sachets.

“OK if you only need a room, not 5* standards”

Rooms were comfortable and the need was good. The gym, sand pool, and we’re quite good. Only one small Japanese restaurant was available, everything else was closer at night. Breakfast quality was very poor. Not a great location but there is a shuttle bus service; otherwise you’ll need to use taxis.

“Extremely disappointed.”

Nothing. It was completely misrepresented on the website. It was a 2 1/2 star at most. Everything. Breakfast was revolting. There was no bar and no real room service. The pool had only a handful of umbrellas. There was nothing 5 star about the place, and I feel completely ripped off
