The room was comfy with a private bathroom and a small corner stocked with a kettle, coffee, and tea. The outdoor area is noisy because it faces a main street.

Good location, but the floor made too much noise.

The place is relatively clean, but there was no breakfast, which I didn’t expect for a “bed and breakfast.” It feels more like a hostel; part of the building is shared with other guests. The exclusive rooms are on the first and second floors, while the ground floor hosts other people. Had I known, I wouldn’t have chosen it, and I wouldn’t have decided to stay if I’d known there was no one physically welcoming us at check‑in (we had a frustrating phone call that forced us to call back). Guests expect relaxation, safety, and a sense of welcome, not interruptions or delays. The owner should aim for hospitality, not just business. Everything was very basic, essential, and somewhat rough. Too bad.

The room was clean, tidy, and the beds were comfortable. Early check‑in was allowed, which was a plus. However, the area felt very unsafe and frightening; we had to take Ubers because walking around felt risky. The hostel was hard to reach by phone or message, making check‑in stressful, but we managed to get in early.
