Simple, but super clean and well equipped. The kitchen lets you make a hot meal, which is nice after several days of picnics. Few guests were around, so it was very quiet. There is a beach access right next to it. Nothing to complain about, everything was fine. The manager even gave me a gift for my birthday!

We’ve tried a lot of hostels across Europe, and this one is by far the best.

Everything was just wonderful! Even though we shared the kitchen and bathroom, they were spotless. The building looked gorgeous and had been modernly renovated. The large fridge with compartments labeled by apartment numbers was super handy for storing our groceries. The bus stop was right next door, so we could easily hop on a bus to nearby towns—Lindau, for example, is just an hour away. The riverside promenade and the city center were within walking distance. The supermarket was about 12 minutes on foot, but buses ran regularly. There’s also a lake nearby; you can’t bathe there, but it’s nice to sit on a bench and watch the sunset or the birds. Our vacation was fantastic! We had no major complaints; everything was nice and clean.

The garage codes, the entry codes, the exit codes—none of them worked.
