The location was great, but the hallway and shared areas could have been cleaner.

I was only so-so with the place, and the price felt way too high for what I got.

The location was excellent and the bed was comfy, yet the carpet in the room was very dirty, the windows were equally grimy, and the kettle in the room was hard to fill because it had to be used in the bathroom sink.

The staff was very helpful and friendly, but not the boss. My flight was cancelled one night, yet the boss refused to refund me. The address number was wrong, so I spent an extra 20 minutes going to the wrong place before calling the staff. The day before check‑in, they insisted I upload a photo ID online, even though I’d already mentioned privacy and scam concerns. They also gave a ridiculously long Wi‑Fi password that nobody could type correctly. The PDF instructions were unnecessarily long, and I still couldn’t figure out how to open the door. In the end, the staff had to help me with all of these issues, which wasted my time and increased my phone bill.
