The pool is great and the hotel is pretty. Prices are high for the location and the offered content.

The location is great, with a huge pool that has a bar right next to it, and there's an EV charging point on site. The staff were a bit chaotic because most of them were new, but they were still helpful and friendly.

The building itself is charming, but everything else feels unprofessional and has ruined the investment. The staff are awful, hanging around the reception like a $20 motel, and the waiters show no enthusiasm. Construction under the park is open and trash is everywhere. I'd fire everyone and hire new staff from the start. In the sauna, someone drilled a door before we arrived, and a metal fish lay on the floor—so subtle I barely noticed! The spa was completely off, and we had to wait 2–3 hours for the pool to be ready and the sauna just slightly warm. This was the worst spa experience in Serbia. You’ve damaged your place with unprofessional management and tarnished your reputation—check the reviews on Google Maps or here; you clearly don’t care.
