The location is fantastic, the rooms feel very grand, and the bed is comfortable, but there was no sign pointing to reception, making it hard to find. I had to change rooms because the very heavy curtains wouldn’t close; the second room was better but still needed maintenance—broken bathroom light, towel rail not working, broken bath plug, and broken tiles around the bath/shower.
