10 out of 10! This was the highlight of our trip. The grounds were pretty, the beds comfy, and the staff friendly. We loved the sauna with the hot and cold pool. The only issue was that the rooms only had plastic cups; proper tea cups and glass cups would have been preferable.

The surrounding scenery and facilities were good, and it felt like a hotel built with a lot of thought. The trail maintenance and safety guidance were lacking: the path to the river and back to the hotel wasn’t properly secured, the grass grew thickly so stepping stones were hard to see, and I twisted my ankle while walking. I had to be transported by 119 ambulance. Because this is a safety issue directly affecting guests, please repair the trail quickly and clearly mark the route and dangerous spots to prevent a repeat incident.
