I didn’t stay; I slept in my car. It was so disgusting that I didn’t even sit on the toilet! The door wouldn’t shut at the top so I couldn’t deadbolt it. As I was leaving, a cockroach crawled on the door. I emailed Motel 6 for a refund and haven’t heard back. When I tried calling, the call wouldn’t go through. I want my money back! I chatted with your bot and it said you would get back to me.

The staff was rude; I waited an hour for a room to be cleaned before being told there was no room available. The lady needs to learn customer service skills; she was somewhat aggressive.

There were dead roaches on the walls, one alive; the sheets were dirty, the shower was dirty, the refrigerator was filthy, and there was no microwave. You gave my room away, so I had to settle for some nonsense. I only stayed 20 minutes; the room was nasty. On top of that, I couldn’t get my money back for the mistake you made. I recommend the whole site be closed until you clean that mess; Booking did nothing to help, so this app is garbage. I wish I could post the picture here.
