The staff at the hotel were all very friendly, the food was good, and the hotel always kept the facilities clean. The beds were a bit uncomfortable, but otherwise everything was perfect.

I loved almost everything about this place—food was superb, especially the steakhouse and Japanese options, and the premium alcohol selection was top‑tier; we also enjoyed mini golf, padel, and the flowrider surfing. The beach and pools were fantastic, but the room stayed damp from moisture and some staff could have been friendlier.
