Everything was superb: clean, hospitable staff, and quiet.

The place was clean, warm, with good blinds, glass windows and a smoking area, and the host was friendly; however we arrived late and left early, so we never got to enjoy all the facilities, and in our two rooms the three of us struggled to sleep because the bed and pillow were extremely uncomfortable, which mattered more to us than anything else. ===REVIEW 3<|message|>There is parking available if you arrive early, and the whole family can fit two cars inside the building; otherwise you can park on the street, which feels fairly safe and works fine for overnight stays, but the hotel does not provide drinking water for guests. ===REVIEW 4<|message|>The staff were very kind, the location is close to the airport, parking is convenient and the garden pleasant, yet the soundproofing in the rooms could be better. ===REVIEW 5<|message|>It’s a nice little hotel with comfortable beds, a bathroom that has a window and a huge flat‑screen TV (unfortunately it had no broadcast reception because it was new and not set up yet), plus plenty of free parking spots, two of which even have charging points for electric cars; on the downside, the breakfast that came with the price we paid was rather modest, though it was sufficient. ===REVIEW 6<|message|>The building is an old house turned hotel, which is a great idea, but the experience fell short of being exceptional; I wasn’t focused on price because I wanted something truly special, yet the promised complimentary drinks arrived two hours after repeated requests, the “balcony” room turned out to be a hidden space with no windows, the TV was dated and I needed an hour of staff assistance just to access a movie platform, and after arranging to pay on‑site instead of through the booking site I was hit with a double charge and then endured a lengthy hassle with the receptionist’s mistake to get a refund—hardly the level of service I expected. ===REVIEW 7<|message|>Mohamed Magdy was very good. ===REVIEW 8<|message|>The hotel was quiet, the quality was good and the staff were respectful; still, because it was a business trip I left early and returned at bedtime, and the only thing I really focused on was the quietness, which is exactly what I needed.

I have to say, my stay was absolutely flawless - every aspect of it was perfect.

While I appreciated the beautiful location, large garden, and parking spot, my experience was somewhat marred by a few issues. The place was clean and quiet, and I enjoyed the self-catering tea and coffee facilities. However, I was disappointed that there was no one around when I arrived, and the displayed phone number wasn't working. It took some time for a neighbor to provide me with my room key, and I later learned the host was on vacation.
