The staff provided very good service, the rooms and bathrooms were very good, and the location was excellent. The breakfast was lacking.

The location was quiet yet close to everything, the breakfast was very good, the welcome was warm, and the room was modern – I’d recommend it.

The location is outstanding, just a 5‑minute walk from the Trevi Fountain and Plaza de España, and the staff are very friendly and competent, always ready to help with a smile; the only downside is that the hotel has many rooms but only one elevator, and the breakfast area is very small and a bit chaotic in the mornings, though we didn’t encounter any problems thanks to the staff’s efforts to keep us comfortable.
The spot was fantastic, practically next to everything, easy to reach and close to a parking lot, but the hotel’s condition and room cleanliness left something to be desired, especially the main entrance which looked far from great.
